Approximately 94% of the material is from recycled High Density Polythylene (HDPE) from recycled plastic milk and water jugs. The remaining 6% is the color and UV stabilizer. There are NO "fillers"or wood fibers included in this material making it much more resistant to color changes.

Yes! It is guaranteed for 25 years to never crack, break, rot, or peel.  These are proven designs that we know will withstand the test of time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All of our furniture is hand-crafted when you order.  It may take 2 to 4 weeks before your furniture is ready to ship.  If you need it by a specific date, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

IS ASSEMBLY REQUIRED?

Some assembly is required unless noted.  You only need a #2 Phillips head screwdriver and a 7/16" wrench.  Assembly instructions with pictures are included with every piece.

HOW DO I STORE IT?

YOU DON'T !  The furniture is made to withstand the extremes in climate.  Whether you live in the freezing cold of Minnesota, the dry desert of Arizona, or the saltwater climate of the Florida Keys, our furniture is made to last a lifetime.

HOW DO I CLEAN IT?

Plain water will remove most soil. You may use any non-abrasive cleaner, including bleach if you feel is is necessary to sanitize. High-pressure washing (or a trip to the car wash) is recommended for white pieces. The material is non-porous and won't absorb spills that may stain.

HOW CAN IT BE STURDY AND ALSO COMFORTABLY FLEXIBLE?

HDPE is a naturally flexible polymer and molds to your body for exceptional comfort; yet is is warranted not to crack, break, splinter or peel because it won't break down or become brittle from the sun or cold. Dense as wood, it actually weighs approximately 20% more than cedar - WITHOUT the maintenance.

DOES THE COLOR FADE?

Unlike most other common plastics, this material is considered colorfast. Left outside, it will not fade more than 4% over a 10 year period. That's less than your auto paint and considered not noticeable by the human eye. The color and UV inhibitor runs throughout each piece minimizing the chance to discolor, fade or yellow.
